Purchased two bikes over the years from Westerns and always a great experience
The first time I went to the store I was at the parts counter for 30mins talking to the guys and they gave me all the information I needed + more without spending a cent.
2nd time was on the phone for 15mins with the workshop and they told me how to fix my problem over the phone, no money spent. Legends, I'll definitely be back.
If I could leave zero stars I would, Honestly this is the worst place ever, they do not have a concept of customer service they will not give proper quotes and always try and charge more, Honestly I would be happy to report them to the ACCC for quoting one thing and then charging double. They can not even find stock and try to charge freight for items they had in stock, I would rather go to any other motorcycle store in Penrith or travel to get better customer service, I would never ever buy a motorcycle from them ever again the workshop staff have no idea, no consideration for others property, they dropped one of my bikes and did not even try to repair the damage, Lucky I had photos of when the bike was left for repair, and then took an extra 3 weeks to have the damage repaired. This dealer ship is a joke and have no Customer service skills.
100% recommend using these guys for your genuine spare parts, spoke to Alex who was very professional, knew his stuff and was very helpful, he also matched the price of another dealer which not only got my custom now and also in the future, thanks again

Although I don’t have my licence yet Kam took the time to answer all my questions even though I’m a complete newbie. Also gave me advice and showed me the model I was interested in. Top notch customer service and will be back to purchase my bike in the very near future. Highly recommend this place and Kam for all your needs.
